If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days for any exchange or a refund of the price you paid for the item (Excluding original delivery).
Item must be unworn and unwashed not damaged or altered in any way.
Please note that clearance and personalised garments are non-returnable (unless faulty).
We do not refund delivery charges and all refunds to credit card are subject 3% bank charge. Return postage costs must be covered by you unless we have made a mistake on your order or send to you a faulty item. In this case we are happy to refund, postage cost incurred.
If the item you received is faulty or has been incorrectly personalised, please send it back to us with completed return forms and we will repair or exchange for a new item and send it back to you immediately. We cover re-shipping charges.

A refund will usually be given within 10 working days from receipt of your parcel and will either be made to the card used for the original payment or as a credit to your account.
A refund will not be possible if:
- Items are returned later than 14 days from receipt of you order (unless faulty).
- If item is personalised by you using own instructions.
- Item has been worn, altered or damaged from personal use.
- The item is returned without correct paperwork for us to process the return.
- The item is a clearance item (unless faulty).
