1. Dispatch and Delivery Time

We dispatch all standard items within 2 working days of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time (outside the holiday season) is 2 – 5 working days from dispatch.

Please note that during busy periods (such as Christmas) delivery times may be extended.

2. Delivery Costs

• Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is free of charge for orders over €99.

• For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge of €6 applies.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

At this time, we do not offer delivery to other parts of the UK or international destinations.

4. Customised and Embroidered Items

Orders containing customised or embroidered products may require additional processing time.

If this applies to your order, our team will notify you of the updated dispatch timeframe.

5. Order Tracking and Delays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

and we’ll be happy to assist.

In the rare event of a delay caused by stock availability or courier issues,
