These terms and conditions govern your use of our website (www.bestuniforms.ie). By visiting the website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms & Conditions.

On accessing the website on this occasion and on each subsequent occasion you will be deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions that apply to its use and to the facilities, services and information provided by it. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and it is your obligation to check if changes have been made. Your use of the website after changes are posted on-line will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Content of the website

This website and any content contained in it, is for information purposes only. We do not warrant that any information contained in this website is accurate, up to date or complete.

We do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in any of the information on this website or any liability in respect of information on this website supplied by you, any other user or any other person.

Prices

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT but exclude any delivery or services where applicable.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, except in the instance where an error has occurred with the price or product information shown on the website, at which time you will be notified of the issue and the transaction will be cancelled.

In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you have ordered:

• We will inform you as soon as we can and complete a refund via the original payment method,
• If you cancel,
• In the event that we are unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled.

Payment

Payment can be made by via a secure payment provider, we also accept    payments.

Credit cards and e-transfer transactions are carried out by and STRIPE.

We will email an invoice to you on completion of the transaction if you have provided us with a valid email address.

Availability

All products are subject to availability and the range may be changed at any time.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

If an order is received for a discontinued product we will automatically provide you with the up-to-date equivalent, providing it is available and the same price as the discontinued model. If this is not the case we will contact you.

Delivery  

We deliver to Ireland.

For all other areas please contact us for delivery quotation.

Delivery dates are estimated at all times and may be delayed without prior notice (e.g. due to stock availability, manufacturing issues, or delivery vehicle breakdowns). For this reason, we strongly advise all customers not to book fitters until they have received the relevant goods, as no claims will be accepted. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.

Failed delivery charges may be applied in the event that a delivery fails due to, but not limited to, any of the following reasons:

• You cancel the order after the point at which the goods have been loaded for delivery at our warehouse,
• You provide insufficient/incorrect contact details or an incorrect delivery address thereby resulting in our inability to contact you or otherwise make a successful delivery,
• You refuse delivery upon arrival of our delivery vehicle.

It is your responsibility to check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damage. Any damage must be reported to us by phone or e-mail within 3 days of delivery.

Once the delivery has been accepted at the delivery address you have a duty of care for the goods. In the event that you, or a third party, transport the goods from the delivery address to another location we cannot be held responsible for any damages.

Product Information

All product information shown on the website is believed to be correct and accurate from the source material (i.e. manufacturer’s documentation). 

Product images, information, descriptions and specifications are shown for guidance only. 

Returns

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched, please contact our Customer Service Department to do so.

If you wish to return an item you have received because you have changed your mind, simply return it within 14 days and a refund will be arranged. All items returned must be unused, and in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of these items, provided they meet the criteria above, we will issue a refund within 10 working days.  You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning unwanted goods.

Goods returned because they are faulty or incorrect must be received in the condition that you received them. We will pay for the return of these items. Once your item has been received and inspected we will arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent as necessary.

Please make sure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

Guarantees

All new products carry a minimum 12 months parts and labour guarantee issued by the manufacturer which is subject to provisions:

• The item must be used solely in accordance with the user manual,
• Your guarantee does not cover misuse, accident, or the item being modified or repaired by anyone.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all trademarks, names and logos on the website are the proprietary marks of us. To the extent that there are marks identifying third parties, these are owned or licence by those third parties and nothing in these terms and conditions in any way confers on you any licence or right under any trade marks, name or logos.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of this website and in the photographs, diagrams or any other illustrations of our products displayed on it are owned or controlled by Bestuniforms.

You may not, without the prior written consent of Bestuniforms:

• copy, reproduce, modify, republish, adapt, alter or in any way commercially exploit any of the content of this website
• redistribute any of the content of this website
• remove the copyright or trademark notice(s) from any copies of content made in accordance with these terms and conditions

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms our privacy statement.

This website may contain links to other websites, which are outside our control. We are not responsible for these third party websites, or for their content. We are providing the link for your convenience and are not endorsing the third party’s website, products or services in any way. Using automatic links to gain access to such sites is entirely at your own risk.

Liability

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

We will do our best to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

We may terminate the provision of the website or restrict your access to it without any prior notice to you.
